Unlike mass-produced fashion products, Urban Edge follows a made-to-order and quality-first production model to maintain premium standards and reduce unnecessary waste.

Production Timeline

  • All orders are processed and prepared within 2–3 business days

  • Orders are not processed, packed, or dispatched on:

    • Sundays

    • National/Public Holidays

  • During festive seasons, sale periods, or high-order volumes, slight processing delays may occur

  • WhatsApp (if available)


2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Timeline

We partner with trusted courier and logistics providers across India to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Delivery Estimates (India)

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–9 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

    • Customer location

    • Courier availability

    • Remote-area accessibility

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed clearly during checkout before payment

  • Free shipping offers may apply on selected products/orders during promotional periods

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Urban Edge offers Cash on Delivery (COD) on most serviceable pin codes across India.

For COD orders:

  • Customers must provide a valid mobile number

  • Orders may require OTP or confirmation verification before dispatch

  • Repeated fake or refused COD orders may result in COD restrictions on future purchases


3. Order Tracking

Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation updates.

Tracking Information Includes

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking ID/AWB number

  • Live tracking link

Tracking details are shared through:

  • Email

  • SMS

  • WhatsApp (if available)

Tracking Activation

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active on the courier partner’s system after dispatch.


4. Delivery Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, certain external factors may occasionally cause delays, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Remote-area delivery limitations

  • High seasonal demand

Urban Edge is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond operational control, but we will always try to assist customers in tracking and resolving shipment issues.


5. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details during checkout.

Important Notes

  • Urban Edge is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

    • Incorrect address

    • Incomplete address

    • Incorrect phone number

    • Unavailable recipient

Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

  • Customer unavailable

  • Incorrect address provided

Then:

  • Reshipping charges will apply for sending the parcel again

  • Original shipping/COD handling fees may not be refundable


6. COD Refusal & Fake Orders Policy

To maintain fair operations and prevent logistics abuse:

  • Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders without valid reason may be restricted from future COD purchases

  • Urban Edge reserves the right to cancel suspicious or unverifiable orders

This policy helps us maintain smooth service for genuine customers.


7. Damaged Parcel During Transit

If you receive a parcel that appears:

  • Opened

  • Damaged

  • Tampered with

Please:

  1. Record a proper unboxing video immediately

  2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  3. Email the proof to:

Without proper video proof, damage claims may not be accepted.


8. International Shipping

Currently, Urban Edge primarily ships within India.

If international shipping becomes available in the future:

  • Delivery timelines

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • International shipping fees

will be displayed separately during checkout.
